"I just moved out after living at Brim & Crown for about a year and a half. Besides the rent prices (which are high everywhere in Norwalk/Stamford) and lower quality insulation (just like most places where you can hear neighbors at times) I can not recommend this location enough! The staff (leasing office, maintenance, cleaners) are friendly, do their jobs and easy to get in touch with for any questions or needs. Shout out to Monique - she knows how to run an office and keep residents happy! The Crown building on the courtyard side is quiet and the units get great sunlight. I was shocked by the minimal noise you get being right at the train station. The location is perfect - an easy walk or drive to SoNo and Calf Pasture with the convenience of having a train stop steps away."

"We moved in in November 2022 and have been loving living here. Christian was a great help throughout the whole move-in process. We love the large windows and kitchen appliances. The gym and all other common areas are amazing, we love playing games on the rooftop and are looking forward to using the grills in the summer. Parking and deliveries are super easy, there really is nothing we can complain about in this place."

"Lived here for a year and it was an alright experience. The building is decent with a nice gym and rooftop. The walls/ floors they used in each unit must’ve been the cheapest ones available as I could hear my neighbors all the time. Best part about living here is the location as it’s only a ten minute walk from SONO and there’s a bunch of restaurants/ markets super close by. Dogs did pee a lot in the fire pit area so it always smelled."

"Wonderful time here so far. Moved in 2 months ago, no complaints at all. The staff is amazing, Erik was very helpful in helping us lock in our apartment here. The residents are all very friendly, and my dog especially loves all the other dogs here. No complaints at all and can’t wait to continue living here."

"Give it a chance! This is a great place to live overall. Amazing location, walking distance to Sono, parks, restaurants and it’s extremely quiet. Even with the train (which is super convenient), it was very quiet. I agree with others, and the walls, the developer definitely cost saved in that department- but I wouldn’t say it’s anything worse than NYC apartment living. And there were some new building issues in the beginning but nothing since. Great community, but what separates this place from anywhere else I have lived is the staff, especially Monique. She was fantastic in supporting and helping me during a very uncertain time with my move out date, extremely flexible and a GREAT partner. For the location and price point, it’s a ideal option. If you want to come to Norwalk, check this place out!"
