"Living at SoNo 19 Day has been nothing short of fantastic. Since I moved in in August, I've been really satisfied with the management, amenities, and overall experience. The location is great, being located near downtown SoNo restaurants, but is in a quiet area. I always have a parking spot, never hear neighbors/noise, and am impressed with the upkeep and maintenance of the building. Whenever I reach out to the central office, they are very kind and responsive. Overall such a positive experience!"

"I have lived here for almost 4 years and it used to be a nice, quiet place to live. Close to downtown SoNo and train station. However, the past year things have gone downhill. They have a cockroach issue that maintenance keeps trying to cover up and the parking has become a mess with the events at the local distillery. The parking is an open lot that is supposed to be for residents and their guests only, but distillery customers consistently park there and take up all spaces reserved for tenants. For the high rent, it’s a shame to deal with roach infestation and parking issues."

"I’ve been living here since they opened in 2017. The rooftop is amazing- such a great place to hang with friends or family in the warmer months with hammocks, grills, places to lounge, garden bins, and even a little putting green. It’s dog friendly, there’s a gym and a lounge on the first floor. It’s smaller than most apartment buildings which is nice. The apartments are modern with gray cabinetry and white subway tile. No complaints! Laura and Maria at the leasing office are always very helpful and friendly."
