"The Apartments are okay depending on family size! Studio Units Average About 480 square feet! Just big enough for Two Residents and No More! The Best Studio Units have Outside Patios which makes up for their small size so you can spend your Summer Evenings outside enjoying the Sunset! With Two FireHouses close by, it can sometimes get quite noisy! Other than that, evenings are usually Quiet! If there is One Good Thing about the Building, it is that there is a Very Nice Size Pool (2ft to 10ft) in the Back for the Building Residents to enjoy during the Hot Summer Months!"

"I lived here for 2 years and then moved to an expensive amenity building in Stamford. Let me just say that, unlike these expensive amenity buildings, I never had issues with anything functioning in my apartment at heritage hills. The rent was reasonable and the location was hard to beat. I also had some great neighbors who I dearly miss. This building has a live in super who is responsive and easy to deal with. If I had to make the decision again I would not have moved. This place is a five minute drive from everything, a walk to the train station and downtown Port Chester. There are some nice parks nearby. Managment systems are a bit outdated however it is not a big deal all things considered. It is a solid roof over your head."

"I lived here for 5 years and cannot complain at all. The view from my living room was gorgeous, I could see the sunset everyday from my window. The supervisors were always happy to help you with anything. I had problems with the washer once and the office was able to handle the problem perfectly. Now that I moved to another state, it is hard not to be able to continue calling this place home."
