"The previous management company was bad and they're in the process of being replaced. After a particularly frustrating experience that you can see echoed by others below, I wrote an angry but accurate review given my experiences. Immediately, I got a call from the new property manager. He heard me out, offered sympathy, mentioned new practices that may alleviate these issues, and was nothing but kind. Give them a shot...the area is wonderful and I have renewed faith in those that run this place."

"Quite the nightmare- we signed on in March for a July move in when building 3 was due to open in June. Then the delays came and little communication was given other than they would try to give us a month free and felt confident about reimbursements for waiting to open. Thousands of extra dollars and two full extra months spent waiting only to find out no reimbursement would be given. Other than some pleasantries from the Toll Brothers contact, Couldn’t imagine a worse experience. At the end of the day- there’s tons of demand for this development so they can get away with anything they want. Even all 1 star reviews wouldn’t dissipate the demand and won’t change their lack of need to provide service and general humane considerations."

"I would not recommend leasing here. The staff do not care at all. Packages go missing. I heard from a neighbor the electric car chargers never work. The fancy coffee is always broken due to poor maintenance by the staff. Maintenance people just sit around all day talking on the phone. Leasing staff and manager are never available for help in fixing any issues. They are always around to collect rent though. Not good for the price."

"One of the worst apartments I've lived at. The interior quality is not great for the monthly price. If you are sensitive to noise, the train is right next to Emerson and you'll hear trains going at all hours of the day. The window shades don't block out any light. My floors flex and make so much noise when I walk. The walls are thin and the water pressure is weak. The trash room is near the lobby and it always smells like sewage. The amenities are not that great. Just indoor seating and some outdoor seating. The rooftop still has not opened. There is no pool and parking is not covered. The coffee maker in the lounge is always broken. I would not recommend renting here."
