"My wife and I lived in this building for two years. We were model tenants, who tried to treat everyone with respect. Though we properly scheduled our move out with the management company, I was still berated by the staff on the day of the move because the movers parked their truck in the driveway to load our stuff and unload packing materials. What do people think is going to happen with a two bedroom apartment move? Think it’s going in a van? All of this was a miscommunication between the building managers and other staff, and we got blamed for it. Awful customer service."

"This is a beautiful building with top-notch finishes, high ceilings, and a great staff. The lobby, gym, and media room all feel like you're in a luxurious hotel. The building is also just a couple minute walk to the train to Manhattan and Pleasantville is a great town with lots of amazing restaurants and shops, all of which you can easily walk to. Ted is also great, he is really friendly and is happy to go out of his way to help you basically at any time of the day."
