"My family member lives at 54 Hunts place Chappaqua and the place is nice put The noise It's unbearable we're on the second floor and every single time I come over the stomping and the running around is night and day and you cant even watch tv, and you on the third floor apt 308 they have been told about it Numerous times,now its dropping of some kind of balls or some type of marbles at 3:30am- 4am and you can hear her on the floor listening trying to get a reaction well She got her wish the other day we went up there and banged on the door 3:45am in the morning of course he and she wouldn't open the door but i heard them in there cowards never do Told management several times so have other tenants on the floor and nothing seems to come about it next step violence and they will be accountable for it for not doing anything Because no one can live like that something's gonna happen soon upstairs My family member works. The woman Doesn't have anything going for herself dont work always home all day she needs to get a job Instead of stomping on the floor with her child harassing the next person that works. People like her, this is why people don't want low-income housing in their community because of low class people like that. And like I said the on property management is a joke And need to be relieved of their duties they need to bring in a different management group Because that James guy is just there to collect a check He needs to be replaced But believe you me They don't handle it I'm gonnahandle it the street way Because if my family member feel unsafe when they are home they will feel unsafe in theirs as well So I really like to give them a 0 in ratings."

"This l property manager James Vamp is unprofessional rude he doesn’t know how to speak to tenants there’s been several complaints reported about him and Nick the maintenance man that never complete work that he start in units not to mention a number of attendants saying when he entered their apartment that items came up missing. Also, they discriminate the management and the property against people with disabilities.they look down on the tenants… A person that I know of with the disability have been trying to contact the office to get their lease renewed. Also have called management send emails on calls and no response and the person with the disability to lose their voucher because the lease has to be signed in order for the subsidy to continue paying rent for the disabled person discrimination"
