"Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases one can make on many levels. I met agent Kim Dawson during an open house. I took her card without much thought at the time because I was still in browsing mode. Soon after a property came on the market that I was very interested in. Who do I call? I remembered meeting Kim, found her card, and dialed. This was the best call I could have made. For me, buying a new home was a new journey, I was not going to settle for anything less then what I envisioned. I knew exactly what I was searching for from location, to price, to amenities. Kim had patience, did not push me to do anything I did not feel comfortable doing, and understood I was not going to settle. I was going to explore until I walked into a front door and felt it was home. And yes this is exactly what happened! I walked into a property (first one of four on this day), and during just a 15 minute walk though, I knew this was home. Kim joined me the day of the closing, not just as an agent, but now as a friend. I left the closing and headed to my new home with no doubts of the choices that were made. I had the best experience working with Kim, learned so much, and will always be thankful that I took her card that day of the open house."
