"I’ve gone to barbers who’ve won competitions, $40 just for the cut, and you need an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time because I do NOT have a full or great head of hair. I went to cost cutters basically due to an emergency they’re the only people open on Sunday and got the best cut I’ve gotten in years. I use Gloria and she makes me look like I have the head of hair I had several years ago. I pay her for two haircuts because she’s very patient with me and we basically work together on my head lol. Just because it’s a franchise and cheap doesn’t mean they don’t give a great haircut"

"I am upset. I made an appointment for a haircut and then decided in the chair that I wanted to tone my hair back to my natural color. the color is obviously not the same, but thats not the worst part. Included is a photo of what my hair was upon arriving, what I asked for (cut wise) and what I received. my sideburns are almost not existent. I cant even put my hair in a pony tail because the pieces fall down randomly. And I really didnt want my bangs cut, they were finally at the right length for me. I feel really bad because Im so unhappy and upon first glance, I told her I liked it. Upset."
