"I have lived here for many years. The management is very friendly and apartment building is very conveniently located next to the train station. Price is fair for great location."
"Management was very rude here when I was attempting to view the apartment. I scheduled a tour for noon on 9/8/17 with Kathy, but she canceled it while speaking in a harsh and rude tone because I didn't immediately respond to her call and text. I was actually getting ready to head to the apartment building at the time and the phone was not in the same room with me. I did call her back within about 30 minutes when I saw the messages, but she refused to show me the apartment even though it was still well before noon time. If they treat potential new tenants that have not signed a lease like this then I can only imagine how little they care for you once they have your money and signature."
"I saw the post from a year ago. Jon may remember me. I lived at Camelot Apartments for a period of time back in 1989-1990-ish. Ancient history perhaps. I know much can happen over that many years. I rented a studio from him. Yes, for a studio, some may have thought the price was a little high for the time. But I wanted to say, the place was nice, clean and well managed. I expect it's the same today. Each person has their own opinion and expectations. To one person, shabby. To someone else, chic! And, it is about a 3 minute walk to the Metro-North Railroad Station. Who can beat that. I used to call Jon after I had moved and say, "Could you allow me to park at your place. I'm going into NYC for the day.. It's was only a few times that I asked. He would always say, "Yes". I'm not sure if he still would allow that kinda of thing these days. But, I knew it was safe and secure there. But, please don't ask this of him now. I wouldn't want anyone taking advantage and as I said, things can change over the years. Thank you, Jon, for everything. You are a good, fair and honest man. I just had to speak up (and say, "Hi")"
"Too expensive for such a grimy run-down place"
