"Impossible to get in contact with-not only as a resident, but completely ignored all emails, calls, voicemails, and texts upon questionable charges from the security deposit upon move out. Maintenance was nice, but literally never came for me on multiple ocassions and is clearly overbooked. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!"

He was very helpful explaining that the Homeowner lived out of the Country and would contact them and expedite the process. Realizing that the Washing Machine was over 15 years old, the owner approved a new washer. It was delivered promptly. Joe kept me up to date on a regular basis. Joe was extremely concerned and helpful getting this issue solved quickly."
