"Should be a 0 for losers and liars. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better to live. We put down a security deposit and first months rent for 161 Peters Drive. The day we went to move in, the place was a mess. Was not cleaned and some one had been sleeping in the place. Carpets were filthy and Steven refused to replace them. Placed smelled like wet dogs. When I called Sandy in office to tell her place was filthy, her reply was she had told guy to clean it and he was close to being fired. Was told by "women" in office that we could get out of our lease and they would give us our money back. Went to office to pick up check and Steven, property manager, did not know how to refund check and we were told to talk to Sandy. Felt something was not right. By the time I got a hold of our bank, they had already cashed the check. Was told would get a total refund. Took them 2 weeks to send out refund only to find out they took $420 out for not fulfilling lease agreement. It was because of the filth that we walked away. Called them only to get hung up on by Sandy then they blocked my number. This place is a pig sty with liars and stealers in their office. Going to report them to BBB. Stay away from this complex!!!!!"
