"Affordable housing and friendly property manager. Any maintenance issues I’ve had have always been handled promptly."
"Can't say enough about the Pisciotta family. I have rented from a few others in town previously and let me tell you....you will not find better landlords. They are a hard working, honest, home grown Stafford family. If you are good to them (Take care of their property, show some class, be responsible ) they will give the same and then some in return."
"They give you wrong information on their ads. The ad had the wrong rent and location and the actual place was nothing like the picture on the ad. Wasted my time."
"I've been renting from Pisciotta Realty for a year and a half now. From the first contact it has been a wonderful experience. Extremely fast responses to each and every issue. I couldn't be happier with my decision to rent from these great people!"
"When I contact a property management group during regular business hours, someone should be answering the phone. My wife and I are moving to CT from IN and came across some nice-looking apartments that are managed by this company. We called them a few weeks ago, a few days ago, and yesterday, and each time it took until the next day to receive a call back. The person we spoke with each time was Michelle, and for being the only contact information listed for these units, she is terrible at promptly returning calls. Yesterday, we called her several times throughout the afternoon and left at least two voice mails because we were trying to set up a (time sensitive) appointment to view a unit this coming Saturday (the calls were placed Tuesday). My final voice mail yesterday bluntly said that I consider their inability to answer their phones and return calls to be unprofessional and embarrassing. I asked that if they can't return our calls now and manage the prospective property that we are looking at, why would we ever want to live under them? I offered them a chance to return my call and redeem themselves with an explanation for the slow/poor service. Well, Michelle outdid herself today. She called my wife back this morning (Wednesday) around 9 am and refused to really apologize or even sound sincere for not answering her phone reliably. Instead, she only yelled at and tried to make my wife feel guilty by saying something along the lines of "Well sorry, I didn't know that I was supposed to skip my son's game to return your call." Despite saying "sorry" a few times, she was clearly unapologetic, and I am honestly glad that we will not be living with them. I recommend that others stay away, too. If you can't reliably answer your phone, either hire someone who can or list someone else as the main contact. If I call a business and the business doesn't answer, then I call another business. You have to answer your phone to get customers."
