"Recommend doing a drive through of the property before moving forward. The leasing agent was wonderful to work with, very responsive! However, for the price of the townhome we did not feel it was worth what the property actually looked like compared to online photos. All of the landscaping was significantly outgrown, and the buildings looked like an outdated motel. You also don't have access to any ametities like other properties at this rate such as a gym, pool. Nice town, but the property was not at all what we expected, unfortunately."
