"I would not recommend this place to anyone: There’s mold everywhere specially in a basement. The leasing “property manager” is extremely unprofessional. She curses to new people and is beyond rude. I don’t know who hired her, but she does a terrible job at being a property manager. I hope Ivy Woods hires better staff as the location is good but the management is awful."

"if you’d like a nice place in Tolland CT this isnt the place for you. There is black mold in every unit and it’s infested with rats. it is more comparable to a housing project in Hartford Connecticut that a luxury apartment complex in the suburbs. The management is rude and incompetent not to mention the owners are rude unwilling to fix any issues including major health hazards. I would be careful moving in here due to the fact that there are many issues concerning health hazards that the property managers as well as the owners neglect and refuse to spend one cent of the ridiculous rent charges to fix. There is no other way to describe the landlords other than slumlords."

"I moved from n.y to ivy woods apartments and Management is great Sarahi Xiomara do there job. No complaints about maintenance crew very respectful when they enter to do the job. I absolutely love it here."

"Great for quiet college kids, singles, and couples! I've lived in a two-bedroom at Ivy Woods for a year and a half and have loved my experience. My only complaint with Ivy Woods is the lack of activity in Tolland, but the convenience to I-84 can't be beat. The closest commercial area beyond the smallish strip mall (which includes a pizza restaurant, bank, post office, liquor store, etc.) is just one exit down the highway. While Ivy Woods is a bit isolated, most people like the seclusion. The place is very quiet and the management staff is awesome. I can't say enough good things about Linda in the front office. Not only is she almost always available and responsive, she goes above and beyond with even the smallest of things. She does so much, I don't know how the place would run without her. The maintenance staff is also very helpful. Our first summer, we had a problem with bees nesting in the attic and entering our apartment through vents. The staff was there every day working to rectify the situation. The bees were persistent and the staff even brought in a bee expert (!!) to help diagnose the problem. The situation was fixed and our second summer, we had no problems. Overall, the units and grounds are all very clean and well-maintained, the kitchens and bathrooms all have ample storage, and the units have a very comfortable amount of space for two people. You can't beat the square footage for the price. If you're looking to live in the area, Ivy Woods is definitely the cleanest, quietest, and largest place for the money."
