"TLDR: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY - DANGEROUS PROPERTIES. The house we rented was not even remotely clean upon entry. Due to the worldwide pandemic, I spent an hour or so cleaning once I got there in order to feel comfortable for my family to enter. One of the rooms had fire damage due to the main light, two windows were broken, the tv/cable didnt work, and there was black mold on both the curtains and beds. If you walked through the living room the lights wound flicker and turn off and the majority (greater than 75%) of the ceiling had water damage and NONE of the back doors locked. Multiple wires were exposed and outlets were broken. Upon telling the agency this the beginning of our stay, they said "well, what do you expect for the price you paid?" (Mind you I paid almost $3k for the week) And offered absolutely no help or even compassion for the situation. I did not feel safe in the house they provided and neither did my family. The neighbors said, "yeah everyone complains about this house but they never do any thing about it." Which means to me, they are ignoring the problems and focusing on taking your money instead. I called at the end of my stay to discuss the dangerousness of the house and they told me to send them an email about it. Its booked out weeks and other families are going in to a house that is a high risk scenario. I pray nobody gets hurt in that house. There are 6 forms of black mold that can kill you and there was already signs of a previous fire. Its only a matter of time."
