"It's not even worth living here at 540 New Park Ave in West Hartford because the management and staff don't know how to do their job. And the staff is so disrespectful I have had staff sitting in my apartment to do hours with me. But they did nothing but sit on their cell phone Falling asleep in my apartment as well So they are all lazy And they are also all unprofessional and there is High lack of communication they have a red iPhone to text all the residents here at the apartments that they don't even bother looking at... so if your looking for an apartment to live at please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else because 540 New Park Ave in West Hartford is not worth it at all so if anyone has a son or daughter with a Disability, please do not have them live at 540 new park, ave West Hartford Because like I said, the management and staff are so very disrespectful. And they do hours with residents when they feel like it. And if I could I would give 540 New Park Ave in West Hartford 0 stars."

"I think it's unfair in the way they choose who they are going to rent to. I got called was asked some questions, then when I went to check the status of my application it was removed. I put my name on that list in the very beginning. Not to mention the two people I spoke to, 1st when I called to see what the process was and 2nd when they called to ask me the questions, they both seemed very disinterested and slightly irritated by me."
