"I ordered the barbecue ribs with pork fried rice, the ribs and rice were horrible, no flavor or barbecue glaze on the barbecue ribs, they were undercooked. Also I ordered chicken wings with pork fried rice, the rice tasted burnt. Never going back again."

"Despite all the bad reviews, this place will never go out of business. The food is awesome, that’s why everyone complaining has eaten there many times before they called it quits. Those Chinese guys in GreatWall work hard and cook good. Keep in mind while reading these reviews, it’s in the middle of an old Italian neighborhood so some of townies think their fecal matter don’t stink. Especially if you’re Chinese… or anything else. Other than that food and service is awesome but they got no atmosphere. It’s a “hurry up and buy”! ( ; Take out only."

"I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such terrible customer service. I placed an order for takeout and when I got home a couple of the items were wrong. When I called the restaurant the man that answered the phone immediately started giving me an attitude and screaming at me once I told him why I was calling. He didn’t even let me speak and just finished the call with “I’m not talking to you anymore” and then hung up on me. I called back and again he screamed at me and hung up the phone. There are so many reviews on here about the terrible customer service. I guess I didn’t care before because I didn’t have a reason to complain before but I will never order from this restaurant again. They treat people terribly because people continue to go there despite their terrible customer service."

"Fast delivery. Definitely ask for more of whatever you need (sauce, forks, napkins) because they will give you the bare necessities, but the food is tasty! I always order the chicken and broccoli."
