Also, get there early I had to circle around for ten minutes looking for parking because I don't feel comfortable parking in garages"

"I love Blo Blow Dry Bar. Quality service and fast. Also as a Black woman to find a place to get a blow dry and curl that lasts in a hour is amazing! I also like that they pair you with stylists that know how to do your hair. So make sure in the note section you type in your hair texture."

"I have long hair and always pay for the hour and fifteen minutes blow out. 9/10 times they finish it within the hour. So when I was 10 minutes late they said they couldn’t do my usual style which is blow dry and put in curls with an iron because I was late and she was double booked at the end of the appointment. I paid for my full hour and 15 minutes so why is it my fault they are double booked? I got done at 4:55, 20 minutes left on the appointment I paid for which would have been enough time to put in the curls. Clients should receive the full allotted time they schedule and pay for. My hair already looks bad today, with the curls my hair looks good for 3-4 days. I’m a pretty regular customer, just this month I was there weekly. Very disappointed and will be looking for other options to get my blow outs done in the future."

"I went to Blo for my wedding hair. The trial was great and I felt super confident going back on the day of my wedding. The trial had been QUICK but I thought that was just how they did trials. However, the day of my wedding appointment was pretty similar— while I was getting my hair done (and still had a bit to go) someone came over to tell my stylist that her next appointment was there and ready to go. This made me feel anxious and rushed. My stylist was lovely, but I immediately felt like my time was running out and she needed to push me out to pay and get onto the next one. I left the salon feeling kind of rattled and not fully confident with my hair. They only allotted an hour for a wash, blow out, curl and pinning 1/2 up. This is not enough for long occasion hair. I just think its something to be aware of, especially for brides who might be a little more concerned than a standard blow-out client. I ended up deciding not to worry to much about my hair and go with the flow of the day but had I let it, the rushed appointment would have def sent me over the edge on my special day. I hope they hear this and adjust accordingly."

I needed my hair done for a friend's wedding, the girls knew exactly what I wanted and even suggested a few things to help keep my hair looking great the whole night! Lasted all through the night at my friends wedding and I received many compliments! The results were amazing! And their open on Sundays! 10/10 recommend & can't wait to go back!"
