Pynchon Towne Houses 350 Meadow Street, Agawam, MA 01001

"I lived at Pynchon Towne Houses for three years, and the ONLY reason I left is because I was offered a new job 16 hours away (which is a bit more of a commute than I can handle). The property manager, Sue, has always been incredibly kind and helpful. I moved here from Alabama during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, and she was so wonderful about working with me from a distance to make it happen. The property is maintained well and is in a very quiet neighborhood (minus the traffic noise from 57, which I didn't mind). Our neighbors on all sides were very friendly and have also lived on the property for many years. I really cannot recommend this property strongly enough. As a transplant from the South, I also appreciated that our electricity and water were tied into our monthly rent, so I didn't have to worry about buying oil to heat our house or unpredictable energy costs in the coldest or hottest times of the year."

"Pynchon Towne Houses are very nice. It is located in a very quiet area. Sue was very patient with my husband and I in finding the perfect home for us. She kept us up to date, was punctual, flexible, friendly, and answered every question we had. I’m very thankful they had an opening. As the previous reviews stated, there is a washer and dryer in the basement and plenty of storage space for each town house. I highly recommend checking out this community."

"A well managed property. Meticulously maintained. Beautiful landscaping. New laundry facilities. All units are well taken care of. Very recently they upgraded all building to have new insulation and all new washing machines and dryers in every building. The property manager is on top of all issues and concerns to make sure that tenants live comfortably and she takes prompt action for repairs. I lived nearly 3 years at Pynchon Towne Houses To me one of the most valuable features of the towne houses is the use of the basement as storage. The best choice if you have to live in Western Massachusetts"

"I have lived here for 3 years and would stay but I am moving to Idaho. The grounds are beautiful, it is very quiet here day and night. The management team is quick to fix or repair any issues that you may have in the apartment. Sue in the office is super nice, friendly and takes care of any concerns you have and is quick to get back to you. My neighbors have lived here for several or more years. That says it all."
