"This apartment is terrible! When we applied and viewed the apartment, management made it seem as if the apartments upkeep and everything else was amazing. First day moving in our bathroom wasn’t fully fixed we didn’t have hot water in our sink for almost a week. We were told we were going to get a tour and meet our property manager and we NEVER did. We’ve been here for almost 4 months: the hot water randomly won’t work. Apartment complex is dirty (floors, flies, things broken, etc.) Front doors don’t actually lock. This apartment is not what it seems, do not apply to live here!! Currently in the process of trying to find somewhere else to live. Update: I wouldn’t wish this place on my worse enemy. The front door to the complex fell off and they didn’t actually fix it just tied it back on, during the snow storm there was a homeless man in the hallway, still barely any hot water, you literally have to time your shower. I received a small reimbursement from the management company for all the things that happened previously, but I still would never recommend this place or UpRealty to ANYONE"

"Horrible horrible horrible. Dirty, terrible upkeep of the building, I.e. the floors always look dirty, the windows are broken, doors to the outside do not fully lock, and the elevator is on the verge of being 100% broken. Would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy."

"Great place to live. The whole building has been recently remodeled, and is looking great. The place is kept clean and the new neighbors are wonderful. The management is doing a great job maintaining the property and is always there to listen."
