"I'm moving can't wait I've been living in this ghetto far too long, moved in during covid thought it was so beautiful until they started coming outside the older men drinking leaving the bottles n cups around ur car they don't pick up after they dogs the kids really don't have a playground they play in the parking lot all I'm saying u can make ur own decision but the reviews don't lie."

"I absolutely love Winnie , she’s amazing and takes care of everything I’ve ask plus more . Chris and Scott the maintenance crew are good as well. I only have one complaint and that’s the ppl on here who probably were EVICTED and post lies about the property and management. I have no pest in my home nor is my needs not being cared for . Winnie goes above and beyond for anyone on this property .I’ve been here for 5 years and I’ve never had a problem with Any management, or maintenance person from this property."
"Very poor management and maintenance. The team is wonderful and kind, until you move in. Then you are lucky if they give you the time of day. Melissa is rude and has a habit of lying to tell you what you want to hear, and then denying she ever said that and making you seem at fault. If you want a safe place to live with honest neighbors, this is not the spot for you."
