"I stayed here as an undergrad for a year, and I can only say good things about the apartment and the landlord. I rented a 1bd apt, and everything was clean and functional from the beginning. When something broke or needed fixing, it only took a day or two to get it fixed through the repair request portal, and the service staff were always helpful. The landlords had regular pest-control checks and were very communicative about my lease and expectations. The mail lockers were a great addition, and the tenants in the building were always friendly to me when we spoke. Additionally, the rent itself was very reasonable at 1210 a month. the only utility not included was wifi. The heating system is pretty old and is not apt-to-apt adaptable. You either have the heat on or off, and the temperature is an overall building temperature...sometimes I had to open the windows during winter because it got too hot or bundle up a little because it was too cold, but it was never unreasonable one way or the other. In-house laundry in the basement is great and reasonably priced, and the location is fantastic for undergrads who have most of their classes near XC or OC. At the end of my lease, the landlords didn't pressure me to leave before my expiration date (I know that's pretty common unfortunately.) I vacuumed and cleaned everything, and I received my security deposit back without any deductions. I can honestly say that's a first, because most landlords try to gouge the tenant out of every cent for "cleaning services" etc. I didn't feel that was the case at all at CampusView, which made my experience all the better. I was very very pleased with my time at CampusView on Howe St, and I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced, non-luxurious complex."
