"I booked with Face by Rose and a week ago and this weekend she cancelled on me 60 minutes before my appointment “due to no deposit” which was $20 that went towards the style to begin with. Her website states that a deposit is required but does not collect a payment. I explained to her that I was on my way and had an event to be at and she was so inconsiderate and did not care. I even offered to give the $20 still but she just played games with me via text messages leaving me on read for 20 minutes at a time. Not to mention before all of this she was very unresponsive to her messages to begin with it took three days to have a conversation with her about whether she’d be able to do my style! All in all VERY UNPROFESSIONAL."
