"Definitely not worth your money. Spent 500.00 on one visit and my dog was still sick. The medication that they gave did not work . Keep in mind that they don’t allow you to go in and see the doctor in person. I don’t know if what they billed me is what they did inside. I called the doctor and shared that nothing changed and that the medication didn’t work. She asked I come back obviously another cost . I also shared with her why didn’t work and she said that if I was able to share with her what other vets have done then she can see what can be done. Don’t take your pet here. Keep doing your research"
"I called this vet in an emergency and they set a time for 8:00pm to see my cat. He was suddenly completely lethargic and seemed to be breathing very shallowly. We arrived just before 8:00 I explained that he was in very bad shape and needed to be seen. Finally, at 9:30 they took him in only for them to tell me he was in bad shape and wouldn’t last the night. I authorized euthanasia. We were not even allowed to go inside for this. They were going to bring my mostly dead cat back out into the cold. They said it would be 1 1/2 to 2 weeks for his ashes. It has been almost 4 weeks and I’ve not heard from them. When I call them, they are not returning my calls."
"They are the most caring, sweetest, nicest professionals you will ever meet! Especially when you are entrusting them with your BABY! I highly recommend that you bring your loved one HERE! You can be 100% assured that your baby will be -LOVED - CARED FOR- and treated like a part of their own family! They are so amazing! My chihuahua had been a patient for 12 years.. & now my new baby is a patient there also.. !We love them! Charlie loved them!..& now Rosie does too ! Even though we moved and we have many Vets in our town .. .. we drive miles to this Vet because they really care so much & I trust them so much!"
"UPDATE REVIEW. Your response is a lie . I'm not pleased with anything you did . The cat is dead. I went to Piper Memorial ( honest vets) and they immediately ended his suffering humanely without any B.S. You do not run a reputable office. My advice is don't take your pets there."
"Your receptionist is rude. And calling for a follow-up, I'm sure they have caller ID and pick and choose who they want to call back. So much for their automatic system, "we'll absolutely call you back" HA okay. And they still do Covid protocol, found out other places around aren't doing that, take your pet there. Update: this place is garbage. You don't meet the vet and the rabies certificate aren't valid. Had another vet call for records and they keep giving them a piece of paper of just an estimate. No hand or typed records. I am starting to think there's no vet here. My Vets called randomly for the past 6 months, each time their system is down..... okay. Time to get a lawyer since they can't provide actual records to me or the new vet."
