"I would rate 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your time or money on an application fee. They will steal your money. My mother gave an application and someone she keeps getting farther and farther on the waiting list. They falsely advertise as having apartments available right away when in reality they do not. My mother was told she was approved and will be able to move in around February or march and now they are telling her June. She is disabled and homeless due to circumstances out of her control. I will make sure their ratings are as low as possible because they have treated her so poorly. They are rude and liars. They will take your money and give you false hope."
"The staff is very unprofessional. they harass their tenants, my sister lives here and I babysit her kids because she has an on-call job and they think that I was living here and they made me send my lease because she’s a single mom taking care of her kids… her anxiety be on high because all they do is look through the camera who’s coming in and out in to peoples apartments so what privacy are you paying for? Their pipes are always the first thing there’s mold in the rugs, and they’re more than 20 years old evidently."
"This apartment building has undergone an incredible renovation! The management team is very attentive and responsive, making sure that any maintenance requests are handled right away. To anyone searching for an impressive and well-maintained property, I highly suggest you check this complex out."
"I've been here for 1 YR. As of about a month ago, the energy in and around the office has become peaceful. Everytime I need something Yoana and Siorella are on it pretty quickly with a smile on their faces! I called maintenance yesterday because my burner was stuck on high. Calvin was here in 10min!! He replaced the burner but was so nice, understanding, explained what he was doing and being very pleasent! Brian also, he's always quick to help. I'm so much happier with this group of people!! Keep it up everyone!!! Alisa Marino"
