"This staffis amazing. They were thoughtful, compassionate, took care of our little lady, like she was one of theirs. They handled a distressing situation with kindness and tact."
"Professional and quality care. They are very responsive. My only negative is that certain procedures are handled from your car. Someone comes out, takes the dog and then brings the dog back. In theory, it's a good idea except in the pouring rain. The tech got soaked and my dog got mud all over my car seats. And trying to talk to the person in the rain is not helpful."
"Watertown Animal Hospital is the best! Doctors, techs, and office staff are kind, caring and polite. Had my kitty there for dental work yesterday. They went above and beyond to care for him. It means a lot to have your loved one be treated with kindness and compassion along with expert dental work. Thumpurr is doing well and is happy today. He just wants to cuddle!!"
"I took my girl Bella here because I thought she had a UTI after having constant accidents in the house which was very unlike her. Turns out she had diabetes. I was there at least every other week since diagnosis in February and money is tight for me, but they never turned me away knowing that I may not have all the money upfront. I was able to make it work, but they still gave me discounts and proved that they weren’t just trying to make money off of her illness, they did everything to treat her. And the way the staff handled her, they were so loving and kind to her, holding her and telling her what a good girl she was. Her status unexpectedly changed one day and I rushed her in and unfortunately it was her time. I wasn’t even charged an emergency visit. They saw how terribly devastated I was and gave me as much time as I wanted saying my goodbyes to her, let me come in and stay with her the entire time, and even allowed me to call a family member to come and say their goodbyes with me. They assured me we’d exhausted all options and the humane thing to do was to make her comfortable. They could have easily charged me hundreds if not a couple thousand dollars to keep her for observation and keep her stable, but that wouldn’t be fair to her as she was uncomfortable. When it was done, they didn’t even ask for payment and just said I can take a few days and pay when I was ready or I could wait until I picked her up. They coordinated 100% of her cremation service as well through Regency/Inserv. I was too distraught and heartbroken so they must have picked everything out for me and when I picked her up, I was SO thrilled with the picture frame box with her ashes and her paw print. They even sent me a personalized sympathy card in the mail. Now, I will not take my other dog anywhere else."
