"I am a regular customer here since the store opened in Wilton. This used to be good and economical until few months back. But since recently it has become a great rip-off. They increased the price of all haircut significantly and also stopped accepting any coupons which is published in Great Clips site for this area. I'd suggest if you wanna spent this much, go to a better local salon because the haircut is just ok here, worthwhile only with the coupons."

"Bad customer service! On-line check in doesn't mean anything to them. 35 minutes after opening the salon, the master decided that she needed to eat something, so she left, and another master was cleaning the floor. My waiting time, according to online check in was 0, after waiting for 20 min, the another customer came in and was sitted before me, the first master returned from lunch and she took another customer before me. I canceled my appointment and was really upset."

"Had an great experience here with Gladys. I got my hair cut very short for the first time ever, from what was originally shoulder length and curly. She did an amazing job working with the tornado that is my hair, and styling it to look exactly how I wanted short. She also explained what she was doing, the length of the clippers used, and how to style it properly at this length, so I felt a lot more confident maintaining it myself. She even put the clipper size in my profile in case I go to other locations, but honestly -I think I'll be coming back here for a while. No judgement, very professional, and a friendly experience."
