"I used to get my hair cut by Michelle here. Since she no longer works there, the receptionist scheduled me with Tatiana for a hair cut and glaze. When I got there, Tatiana seemed to have no idea what a glaze was. I was so uncomfortable so I told her I only would like a haircut. I instantly regretted it as she started cutting my hair. The fact she charged me $85.00 dollars for a haircut as opposed to Michelle who charged $65.00 is an absolute joke. Michelle was so much more experienced and professional. The entire vibe of the place seems like it went downhill and would never go back or recommend to anyone."
