When I called the colorist she told me to condition my hair. I was already doing this and my hair was still extremely dried out Lovely people but my experience was very disappointing."

"Just got a GREAT cut from Cynthia!!! She listened to my needs and gave me EXACTLY the haircut I envisioned. I feel like a million bucks. She gave me all kinds of helpful tips as well to better protect and style my hair. The salon is clean, relaxing and low-key and the free parking right out front was easy and plentiful (there are stairs in the front of the salon, but there is a level walkway if you park towards the back and come down that walkway so you can avoid the stairs. Both ways quick and easy to access the salon). I loved the whole hassle-free experience!!! I also loved their top notch product selection. Prices of the service and the products were totally reasonable. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. I went during my work day and was in and out in less than one hour but didn't feel rushed or anything like that. Just good to have a nice cut that was also efficiently done so I don't miss a lot of the day. I'm looking forward to my next experience and will also get a color (which Cynthia also does).
