"I've lived here for over 5 years great place has a park,pool,kiddie pool, and great mowing,weed wacking, services also very nice place if your looking for a place to stay for a while this place dosent disappoint. 2023 update: I have since moved from this place and will always see it as my home and I’m hoping to move back when I turn 18."

"Amazing place to be. I been living here for 4 years and 6 months. I am so surprise for the poor reviews. The manager, Jackie, has always been nice and professional with us. Everytime I've called she takes cares of our needs right away. Every month she sends a news letter with so much info. You can find out things happening locally. Maintenance is so good! Yanni is so good at his job. Any time we put a maintenance request he comes right away. He is so nice, friendly and helpful. He always goes above and beyond. They alway have uncall maintenance in case an emergency happens after hours. They are always doing improvements to the buildings and keeping the grounds super clean. In four years they have replace the roofs, power wash the buildings and concrete at least twice already, had brand new patio built and repainted the pool. In winter they are very diligent keeping the roads clear of snow. They also have online services. You can pay your rent, put a maintenance request, send messages to management or the community all at your finger tip. Also in spring and in the fall sometimes management have sales tags where everyone can come and sell their goodies. The neighborhood is quiet and everybody is friendly. The grounds have picnic area, volleyball area, basketball court, pool, playground and access to the Wildlife Reserve. This is definitely a good place for kids I have 3 of my own. My husband and I wont be going anywhere until we buy our own home."
