"kb nails has poor management . They ask you to call for appointment, then when you arrive they ask you if you made an appointment. Jessica one girl who did my nails was good but she is so angry and unhappy with her boss she is spiteful, spending inordinate amount of time on a customer so she doesn’t have to do her next customer! Atmosphere is uncomfortable! I will never go there again!"

"I always get a spa pedicure. I have been going for years and have to agree with Brianna Garcia what type of service you get with their moods. They always seem to overbook and then they're in a hurry to rush you. I will not be returning. I'm sure he doesn't need my business because he makes no effort to attend to my needs."

"I’ve been to this place a few times and depending on the day and their mood, that will determine quality of service you get. Jessica is very rude and won’t hesitate to give you a nasty attitude. She also rushes through your nails just to finish. You get the tip you deserve. This is a picture of my nail after three days when I got a gel manicure. They forgetting tipping is optional. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re in a pinch like I was."

"Love coming here for my gel manicures. Everyone is always pleasant, they give you a great mini massage during the manicure and it lasts a long time. I have very soft skin and they never cut my cuticles. Definitely recommend. I now call before going bc ever since COVID there are not many people working during the day."
