"Beware! This company will not allow you to see the lease before you submit the application and pay the application fees. They are not using the standard Connecticut Realtor lease, nor are they using the standard Greater Hartford Association of Realtors lease. It’s always a good idea to read the lease before filling out the application. Look for clauses that insist on 60 day termination notice instead of the standard 30 days, landlord may enter without providing at least 24 hours notice, clause that says you have to pay all of their legal fees without any cap, etc."
"Great place to rent. Feels like our own space. Enough room with a basement for your washer and dryer and enough space to put a few furniture for comfort while doing your laundry."
