"Kat is my go to person when I am doing something on my hair and she ALWAYS mets my expectations. She did a pretty amazing work on my hair this time (as usual) and she knew what she was doing. Kat is very professional and takes care of you 100%. She took her time to make sure everything was the way I wanted. For coloring and cutting she is the BEST , she leaves your hair flawless and gives you pretty good advices for aftercare. She has a great personality and great hands. I do recommend her ."

"I made an appointment for today asking for their best Master colorist to touch up my existing balayage highlights that had grown out a bit, and she absolutely destroyed my hair color by bleaching almost every strand. I don’t know what she was thinking but clearly the stylist had no clue what she was doing. She then assured me she could color it a dark brown and cover it up. Not only did I lose my original highlights but now my hair is a fake looking black, the ends are shades of blue with some pink-gray blotches on the top. The salon’s parting words: “you’re still a beautiful girl”. So demeaning, and they barely apologized and just kept gaslighting me claiming the orange mop was all a “misunderstanding”. Tomorrow morning I’m headed back to my original stylist and actual Master Colorist in Manhattan for an expensive color-correction process."
