"My first visit for a gel polish was somewhat disappointing, so I did not want to come back to this place. However, after the original review I received a call from the salon and Faith clarified that my experience was not up to their standards. She also offered me a free mani correction. And indeed it was great, nails look good, the whole experience was good! Not sure what happened the first time - an unfortunate outlier I guess, but the second visit was totally satisfying, will be back to this place for sure. I guess I found my “go-to” place."
