"80% of my lashes fell off less than a week of having them. I’ve had lashes for years in the past so I know I am caring for them correctly and this has never happened. When I reached out to jonna to let her know this she basically brushed me off and said we’ll add more next time, thinking maybe as a good lash artist she’d have me come in before my scheduled to take a look since they all fell off right away, but she did not. A few days later I reached out to Jonna again stating that all of the lashes were off now- 9 days after having them done and I unfortunately wanted to cancel my fill appointment. She just cancelled my apt and didn’t respond. Not good technique and unfortunately not very professional."
