"I've been there 3 times. Usually, when I go, there are 3 different ladies. The sassy one who I believe is a manager because she is always organizing; the last lady on the left who I've been to twice. She doesn't talk much but does a good job. Then there's the lady I had today. She wasn't my top choice, but the other lady already had a customer. I wanted a simple powder dip over my natural nails. Dropped the duster brush on the floor and then cleaned off the table with it. She was itchy and scratchy. Scratching her legs, arm, foot. Every time I dried under the lamp, she jumped on her phone. She was very unprofessional, and I felt she was dirty. My nails came out horribly, with uneven spots and ridges. I'm never going back again. She's dragging them down. They should let her go or send her for training because she doesn't care to know what she's doing. Go somewhere better!! Update: The pictures are from 1 day after being done."

"I only go to mall nail salons if I'm short on time. I got my nails don't Christmas eve and wanted them to last until new years eve for a wedding. This is my nails 3 days after I got them done. I should've known, someone else complained about how sloppy her nails looked as I was getting mine done. Not only did the gel start to come off but it was lumpy. I got mine done by the manager. Waste of money, now I have to go get my nails done again for the wedding. Idk how this salon is still in business. I would've given 0 stars if I could."
