"I went into the store Christmas shopping and was asked about interest in the ULTA CC. I responded that I was not interested and did not want to then hit on my Credit Card. I was advised very adamantly that I it was a SOFT hit and that it would not affect my score which didn't sound right to me but I signed up. Next day of course I get notification from everywhere of the new account inquiry and the hi on my credit. This is very dissapointing and really need to be addressed. I am not sure the incentives but the staff should be netter educated on this and the effects of this."

"The store manager JIANA CARABELLO was so disgusting towards me when I arrived at the store. You would have thought my face was on some loss prevention flyer, she called security before I even enter the store and then she gave me a nasty attitude and told me that we were not open yet, but the door was open so I walked in. She twisted her face and rolled her eyes and said I’m not doing this today. Her attitude and behavior for a store manager is grotesque to the fullest extent. I literally had to regurgitate right there on the store floor due to this person. Shop here at your own risk if you wanted to be treated good and with respect, don’t expect it to happen at the store, especially if she is there working. They tried to say oh she’s been here since 5 AM and that wasn’t the story. I told her that I felt like she was trying to size me up and was prejudiced. It was the truth. I really hope that she loses her title or store, because she has no customer service skills at all."

"Customer service is terrible here they blatantly ignore you unless you are the color of the inside of your palm. I’ve watched a customer service rep Ignore me at the register continuously helping a customer that she had already checked out Helped re-helped called upon me to move forward to the register after standing there for at least three minutes. I put the items on another shelf and walked out not my first interaction with rude customer service here at this little trumbull location. I see why people alway steal products from here.won’t be shopping here anymore"

"The cashier at Ulta told me I would not be able to return any of my purchases even if I had a printed receipt. They only accept returns from people in their system (got to have my phone number). And then I can return items even if they've been used. Is this actually the store policy? I don't make it a habit of returning purchases, but should have that option as long as I have a valid receipt. This doesn't guarantee you will get my data so you can share it; it simply guarantees I will not shop at your store if this is in fact your store policy."

"Worse Ulta to date! Store is super dirty and not organized. The manager Amanda had a horrible attitude, not people friendly. I asked about a flat iron but by the looks of her wig, I don’t trust her judgement. I understand why she’s so rude. Definitely gave Karen. I’ll never be back ever"
