"tried to apply was told only needed a 500 cerdit score I have a 517 and said because of cerdit card debt I was denied they take it out of your income even if ur not paying on it. I have been homeless with my child for for several months due leaving a abusive boyfriend/ daughters father. I really thought me and my daughter found a home and my cerdit score was ok they lied wasted 27 bucks that I really did not have. misleading and very hurt evertime I think I finally found a place and I can be off the streets I get tore down. my words can not even describe how upsetting this is to me. they are not true to there word."

"I had the pleasure of living here for roughly 3 years- during the management change; the new management has done a splendid job in upkeep, they’re making strives in upgrading the old units to new ones. Cable TV/Internet/Hot water / Heat included! Really amazing value, totally upscale for Bristol, a good job is placed in the maintenance of the premises- only had to log an issue for hot water once, it was resolved promptly. Neighbors are awesome people, the office staff was friendly and prompt! The laundry was a drag being downstairs, however theres a pretty good laundry nearby. Would absolutely recommend!"

"I am a current resident and I have grown up in Bristol and have to say compared to what it used to be it is great!!!!! If I have any issues I can text or call Antonia or Juliana and they are always so friendly and helpful ! Few things I would like to see ..... another laundry room closer to the other apartments because it’s too much for us to walk all that way with laundry ... also more tow company presence had a issue last week with no available parking unless it was all the way by the employee parking and a lot of them did not have passes or resident ones ... I’m also sad they did away with manager on property because with the parking issue that needs to be strictly enforced and I NEVER. See the tow company here ..... other than that I am satisfied with my residence here and can’t wait to see what the future holds for this complex !"

"This place is managed poorly, and not kept well. Pets are welcome but most of the residents do not clean up after their pet and you end up often tracking dog feces into your apartment due to it being left in the grass and sidewalk areas by lazy residents despite provided bags around the property. There is a fine for it but the poor management tends to ignore the problem. Parking is a nightmare. I was late for work on more than one occasion because residents who do not want to walk an extra 50 yards would park behind other cars or in "No Parking" areas of smaller but closer lots. The office/property manager seems like the job is over her head, she often misplaces things, does not have answer to any question except "when is rent due" and spends more time on her cellphone than the properties upkeep. Maintenance is not very friendly, and usually is angry that you want something repaired in your apartment. In addition to rent, you are also billed a “processing fee” for your rent invoice. You are also billed for heat weather you use it or not. They claim it is based on usage and a meter reading but I have requested to see my meter and have yet to be shown. Laundry area is difficult to get to as it is in the basement of a far corner building on the edge of the property and storage units are just as difficult to get to if you are moving large or heavy things. The cost per load is good but the nasty animal hair and dirt left in the machines makes it not worth the savings. This place tends to appeal to persons moving into the area because it is easy and quick to lease an apartment, but be advised ... IT’S NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE!"
