"If we could we would give -100 stars. We had a roof cave in that wasn't fixed, or resolved, for a month. We had a main line burst and was stuck in a hotel for 2 months. Now we haven't been able to shower in a week bc the handle broke and they need to not only fix it, buy turn the main line on and off, which they won't show up to do. 10/10 don't recommend this place. Been on the phone for 30 mins trying to contact someone from their "on call" service. No answer."
"Do I have to give them a star These people are lousy the woman that answers the phone is rude if I had the time I would go there to confront her about her attitude they take money from people and don't make any improvements people are complaining about a lack of heat but they don't care just keep the money coming every month these people need to be investigated they treat people like they are animals in a cage.as long as they keep doing the wrong thing to people I'm going to keep voicing my opinion as long as they keep doing the wrong things to people."
