Cant say the person in this apartment is doing it or a neighbor waiting to get it when it arrives. So definitely some criminal stuff going on here . Im sure im not the only one this happened to . Local police department has been contacted. And ill press charges i have all the info."

"Apartments are great for the price especially with heat and hot water included-I love mine! Maintenance keeps up with outside landscaping and snow removal. Neighbors are give or take. Lots of kids that all play together outside, which is great. Parking can be an issue. Great backyard space. Laundry facility needs major updating."

"I have lived in Beaver Brook Apartments for over ten years now so I have many stories. Honestly it's been more of a headache living here and I do not have more than one or two nice things to say about this place. The most recent complaint I have had (and brought to the attention of the office more than twice) is about the basketball hoop that is placed in the entrance/exit of the small parking lot. Now let me explain. There is plenty of other SAFE spots to place this hoop away from traffic and still on Beaver Brook property! Now here are some of the issues that I have reported to the office: as young as 3 year olds in diapers have been seen playing with NO adult supervision! In the parking lot, with cars coming and going! There are constantly kids under the age of 8 blasting music with f***k, pu**y, ni***r, and other nasty words. The kids do not move out of vehicles way and yell at you for being in their way. I have seen very young kids run after the basketballs which roll into the road and the kids do not look for vehicles! I have seen a 4 year old chuck a ball at my car from 2 feet away! Teenagers also think it's a good hang out spot to smoke pot at 2 in the morning. After telling the office all of this, guess what they did? They sent out a letter telling their children to be respectful and not to play ball after 7 pm. Did this letter work? No! The kids still do all of this. And Carole and the other staff in the Beaver Brook office in Ansonia CT do not care! The staff and management at Beaver Brook Apartments in Ansonia Connecticut do not care about your children's well-being!"

"I have lived in Beaver Brook Apts. since 2005 and have continued to have nothing, but positive experiences. The maintenance department does a good job with the upkeep of the complex. Recent improvements have even been made to improve lighting and safety features, such as camera monitoring in the parking lot. Although I haven t had the need for a lot of repairs in my unit, when I have had issues, they have been responsive for those repairs. My unit faces the woods in the back and provides an area for my dog and local kids to play and interact. I have looked through prior reviews and complaints of kids playing where they shouldn t and this is a reflection of the parents of those kids, not the building complex. Most people living in the community, at least on my side get along and are friendly, looking out for one another. There is a nice variety of people living there as well, from families with small children, single people and older individuals."
