"We love this place!!! It is do affordable and the space is huge. When you walk in theres a desk/coat room to the left which we used as a box office. To the immediate right is a handicap bathroom. Downstairs there's a men's and ladies room with 2 stalls each. Next in the basement theres a HUGE KITCHEN , LIKE industrial size that we didn't even need. You keep walking and there's an exit to the parking lot. Upstairs there's a huge open space with beautiful wooden floors. And the best is the stage. There's curtains and everything. Also you can access the stage without walking through main area and simple going down underneath. I believe this rental comes with tables and chairs. We only use chairs. All cleaning supplies seemed to be provided. Very good location on rt7. Not too far for Kent falls state park."
