When I expressed my need for parking assistance, she promptly reassured me, saying, "I can actually take a look at your vehicle now. I know your parking space number." Her proactive approach and understanding of my situation left a lasting impression. Moreover, the overall experience at Residences at Quarry Walk has been nothing short of exceptional. The attention to detail in every aspect of the residence, from the meticulously maintained grounds to the well-appointed apartments, is truly commendable. "My sister and I moved into the apartments at Quarry Walk in February 2022. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. We have had nothing short of really good experiences while living here. We have met many wonderful new neighbors, and we have enjoyed the variety of social opportunities that have been offered by the TRQW staff. For example, we attended the very first social gathering which was offered to all the new people when the apartments first opened. We met a varied group of people who had come from many different backgrounds and all of whom were asking the same questions about the amenities offered here at Quarry Walk. Some of those amenities include a 24 hour secured building, underground parking, which is brightly lit 24/7, a beautiful club house which includes a fully furnished kitchen, a pool table, a piano, and mounted televisions. The club house is available to residents at any time, and can be reserved for private parties. Also, there is an outdoor pavillion, again available to all residents at any time. It includes outdoor lighting in the evening, open fire pits, and semi-secluded seating areas for more private conversations. And there is the ability to walk to any store anywhere in the entire Quarry Walk development. One really does not need to go anywhere outside this area to fulfill their needs. Groceries, medicines, pet supplies, restaurants, are all at their immediate availability. The staff here at Quarry Walk Residences do an exceptional job at responding to any of our needs. They are friendly, respectful, and make it their responsibility to keep the residents happy and safe."

"I have been here since it opened January of last year. The community has grown. Management and Maintenance are wonderful and always greet you on a first name basis. They are always increasing the amenities and beautifying the landscape. The Residence is a community and encourages you to enjoy the outdoors. Walking trail that allows you to see all of Quarry Walk. Tons of fire pits. 3 concierge locations to relax or reserve for parties no matter the weather. State of the art BBQs. Brand new gym, doggie park and rooftop terrace. Everything is first class! Best of all you have restaurants and shopping walking distance from your front or back door. I can’t beat my view every day. Great place to live!"
