"Best value in Westchester county for rental apartments. Less than 1 mile from MTA station. Modern updated kitchens, clean, well maintained property. If you like quiet, secure, and safe, this is your place. Elaine the owner and Bill the community manager are easily accessible and quick to respond to tenants needs.
