Covered Bridge

"Omg this place is extremely unrealistic, I have been living here for almost 2 years and without any explanation and with only 2 months notice, we received an email from the property management, saying that our contract would expire in 2 months and we had to say whether we would vacate or renovate. But if we renewed the new rent it would increase by 30% In other words, $550 more per month. Besides, we have to pay for water and sewage on top of the rent. Don't be fooled by the price of $1991 in the end you will paying $2435 for a 1 bedroom. This is just some of the disappointments we have in this place, our packages disappear from the front door. The carpet in the elevator and hallway has marks and stinks of dog’s urine. Not to mention an employee who works watching the building. Chris, he's unpleasant and inconvenient, he doesn't bring any benefit to the residents... In the first years, as there weren't many residents, everything was going well, but they did more buildings, thus causing a greater flow of people. But now with the extremely high rent increase, I have noticed many residents moving out and I can't wait for my turn to get out of here. As there are already more apartments available and with an better prices on the market. The only place that hasn't lowered the rent is the Covered Bridge in Newtown. I don’t recommend this place…"

"I rented with Covered Bridge for the past 2 years and had a great experience overall. Always felt safe they were super responsive with any issues I had with the apartment and repairing it asap. Lisa has always been super responsive when it came to the leasing office. If your looking for a nice modern safe apartment in the newtown danbury area this is the perfect spot."

"Been here for about 2 weeks now, and I gotta give a big shout out to the property manager Chris, he has been super responsive and helpful when I have questions, comments or concerns. He responds super quick and helps me with whatever it is. I texted him at 2 am looking for my lost packages and he responded right away and helped me out. I told him about my smoke detectors going off at random he replaced it within minutes. This spot has been very good to me so far. No complains at all! Chris is the man."

I've been looking for the perfect apartment for months and it just has to be said...the saying "Save the best for last" applies to my new apartment indeed! Love this community! Beautifully designed new Apartments with wonderful finishes & amenities in a lovely hidden location right off of the main drag. Excellent spot near everything. Located in Newtown right off of exit 9 and conveniently located close to Bethel, Brookfield & Danbury as well! Shout out to Michele & the Scalzo Real Estate Team for being more than helpful in every way as well as making the move to my new apartment totally painless!"

"I’ve lived in these apartments for a couple months now, and Covered Bridge has been unresponsive. The neighbors above us are disruptive constantly and were complained about. Only a conversation was had but they continue to be problematic."
