Westview Apartments

"I would encourage anyone looking for an incredible and quiet place to call home to consider Westview. We were looking for a safe and secure new home for our mother; and I started communication with the members of the WB Residential Communities/Westview team before they even broke ground. Throughout the process I experienced nothing but professionalism, personal attention and warm and thoughtful consideration. An anomaly these days. Specifically, Chris (apologies, I do not have last name- but he was awesome) initially when placed on list, to Kara Burke (Leasing Manager), Melissa Castro (Property Manager) and Mike Rivera (Property Superintendent); all have gone above and beyond what is expected. They were all amazing throughout what is not an easy process. However, they made it seamless and effortless. Growing up with parents who were in similar positions, I fully understand how difficult their job is on a daily and weekly basis. It is a 24-hour 7 day a week thankless job at times. Through it all, each of them rise above EVERYTHING; with a welcoming smile and expeditious resolutions (when and if there are any). Trust me when I say that there is no place in the local area or even Westchester County that compares to the beauty, luxury, or peacefulness of this complex (especially at their price point). Even the residents are stellar! And for you dog parents – yep they allow them too! Speaking of residents it is a great mix of young and old. Families and singles. Which makes it more life like! The amenities are going to be amazing, fitness center, pool, patio and a clubhouse that would be the envy of any Caribbean resort! Spring can’t come fast enough for the residents! And the grounds – BEAUTIFUL ( honestly and understatement – go see )! There are even charging stations for your electric car and garages if you so desire. The units are going fast (if there are any left), so I would hop right on getting a unit before you lose out. I mean what more can you want – Luxurious units with updated security system/features, Breathtaking views/grounds, amenities galore and a STELLAR STAFF! Highly recommended. Truly."

"Not only are Westview Apartments gorgeous but the staff is exceptional as well! I had the pleasure of dealing with Kara and Jared. They went above and beyond to help me with the process of renting one of their beautiful units. They were kind, patient and accommodating. I give Westview 5 stars. If you’re looking for beautiful and spacious apartments with an outstanding staff to match then you should definitely look into Westview Apartments!!"

"I have been around my fair share of complexes over CT & NY. What I enjoy most about WestView (WV) is the "quietness" you get for the area. Not near too many other complexes/buildings that would generate noise. In addition, WV has a BEAUTIFUL Landscape, even if your unit is not facing towards the "backend", you are still given a lovely view and walking path to enjoy the scenery. The amenities to be are one in a million. Not only are your appliances new, but the amenities are new as well. No other complex in Brewster compares to WV. But what about CT? glad you asked, WV is under 20 minutes to the nearest town (Danbury) and other shopping sorts, Trader Joes, Walmart (25 minutes out), Carraluzzis, and try dining/drinks night life such as: Mariposa, Square One, Molly Darcy and/or Stanziatos. Closer to the Metro North too for all those who need to get into the NYC. I love the unit I am in and the view I get. Though it is still new,, I am curious to see how the neighbors/community will go but so far I get nothing but positive vibes, good energy from the staff/maintenance: Melissa, Kara & Michael from Maintenance. The group is stellar and very abrupt in maintenance inquiries or other issues related to the unit. The group is very embarrassing and positive as they look for ways to ensure you as a resident are enjoying your time at WV. Seriously the best complex in the NY/CT area and I had the opportunity to live in three throughout Danbury and Ridgefield CT. What I love also about Brewster is it's closeness not only to CT but other parts of NY, Newburgh, White Plains, Fishkill, Poughkeepsie. All these areas are accessible under an hour and some even shorter allowing you opporunity to explore more and return to the quiet and comfortable living at WestView (WV). Hope to see you all soon!
