Reviews
"I work here; I am quite hesitant to leave this review. I would not want it to impact the person who actually lives here. I will try to be as generic as possible. Personally I would NEVER live here. The apartments aren't worth the huge rental amount, I would give them maybe $600.00 a month. When people in this building slam doors, stomp and let their children run around and it sounds like a herd of rhinos. The walls are so thin your drink shakes on the table like a reinactment of Jurassic Park. The management doesn't keep to the rules they create. Many times I have arranged my schedule to the times that plowing should commense. Doesn't happen. Recently they were going to paint numbers in the parking lot I came back to find a note postponing. This wouldn't be a big deal except they constantly threaten to tow your car. And they do do that. You can't have a washer/dryer in your apartment, so you have one washer/dryer for 8 apartments. It's designed poorly for a wheelchair and if you are an independent person confined to a chair forget it, this is not a place for you. I wish I could give a better review, I love Brookfield and it would be nice to have a great place to send a friend to rent when they ask. Unfortunately it's not here."
"If I could leave no stars I would. The property manager is an a** the maintenance people were great.i had stuff stolen from me and nothing was done about it. Oh my gosh and so much more I could go on and on. It's the worst place to live. And I was here 2 years"
"The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help the residents. Exercise room on premise with no extra cost to use. Assigned parking place, but residents cannot have more than one car More visitor parking slots are needed, particularly during holidays Location is great--close to everything Lived here 2 years. Feel very safe."
"It only depends on expectations and what you offer yourself. I have been living for 1.5 years, every single maintenance request have been addressed in time . It is a great starter living in this CT area. I've been reading the negative reviews...No one would tow your car as long as you are obeying property rules, no one is checking your guests as long as you or your guests are not harassing ( noise, comments...) other tenants . Rules of the community are clearly expressed at your lease signing. You get actually even more that what the property is advertised for. Just used it fairly and respectfully !!!!!!!!!"
"Worse place to live, you can't have people come over to visit, you have to tell Adam, the head guy in charge, they will tow your own car even if you live here because they can, they can come in your own home and look around even when we tell to leave. It's the worse"
