"Atrocity customer service, greedy, lacking in professionalism and skill/quality. I cannot advise you any further! DO NOT get anything done at this nail salon. The new manager, older woman who is NOT Mimi, is extremely rude, disrespectful, and aggressive. She genuinely scolded me for not tipping into the massage jar. A man very kindly gave me a massage while I was waiting for my pedicure to dry. It is rude to ask for a tip especially considering the blatant fact that I had already tipped my pedicurist generously. Very cold woman. She is also extremely aggressive when performing any nail work. One time I told her, please be more gentle, it is painful when you are filing this hard. She does not listen. She continues filing away rapidly while staring off into the distance. This woman does not care about the customer or the service she is providing. The owner, younger woman, continuously oversees this behavior also and refuses to do anything about it. On all occasions described in the review the owner lady has witnessed the behavior and proceeded to do nothing about it. Do yourself a massive favor. Get your nails done elsewhere."

"Clean, excellent work, and everyone is super friendly. I love the massage after the pedicure (depending on which pedicure you get). The only place I will go, consistency is key and Cozy Nails is always good."

"I was a walk in client for eye brow wax and a manicure . The eye brow wax went well and the tech did a beautiful job on my brows , the manicure though felt extremely rushed . She barely did anything with my cuticles , filing , cleaning the nail up etc . No hot towels or anything . I wouldn’t have minded paying for that as an upgrade either. . Before painting nails she asked if I wanted to pay first weird … but whatever . She painted the nails and had me go and dry them . They looked alright , I did tip well I always do and I appreciated being taken in last minute. I get to my car and my thumb nail all the paint had peeled off and back . I won’t be returning poor quality service. The photo included is the second I got into my car ."
