"I have tried my best with a lot of passes for unprofessional staff BUT am cutting all ties with this animal hospital. I have brought them business and will now take them and myself elsewhere. They could not diagnose a cat after charging us for every test that could be done. Refused to see an overweight diabetic cat I have brought there at least 5/6 times. The poor cat stressed from the car ride and the male technician had zero compassion and would not let me speak to the vet.."

"On November 14, 2023, I brought my cat, Biggie, to see Dr. Denise Pancari and her amazingly kind and caring staff. Poor Biggie was yellow and losing weight at an alarming rate. He was still affectionate and needed help fast. Biggie is a rescue cat I've had for 3 or 4 years and he is probably 10-11 years old. Dr. Pancari knew I couldn't afford hospitalization for what he needed, testing and fluids etc. so she did so at the office. All I had to do was bring him in AM and Pickup at night as they do not have overnight facility. After a few days of this, I am overjoyed to say Biggie is eating like a horse and is SOOO HAPPY!! Thank you Dr. Pancari for saving my Biggie's Life and for saving Alice's Life two years back when she had a serious sinus infection that almost killed her.
