"Had a great experience with my nail tech Nyasia. She was pleasant to work with. Her attention to detail and the time she took was impressive. After reading the reviews that said they had a bad experience, I had the complete opposite. I did not witness any of the nail tech acting out if order. All were kind and professional. The place was tidy and yes there was some nail dust around, but hello....it's a nail salon!?!"
"Bebe’s Nails is a Gem of a place: The owner is present, active and cares about her clients and her techs; the prices are very reasonable, and the techs are all personable, professional and HELLA Talented. “My” tech (lol) is amazing, and when I give her an idea or show her a pic/design, she RUNS with it and is outStanding with her Creativity! Show any of these techs something you think will throw them (in my case, SciFi Video Game images), and they’ll blow the concept out of the water, with Style. Jess has legitimate artist chops! Everyone does brilliant work, and getting an appointment is a pretty quick process. Go see these folks, you will not be disappointed!"
"My videographer coworker recommended me this place because they were featured on a Hartford minority owned business series a few years ago. I was so excited to find out they were minority owned and only 6 minutes from my house. I went to book an appointment online and booked an appointment for "Liquid Gel Full Set or Refill With Design Time". There is not an option for liquid gel removal only gel x removal and acrylic removal so I assumed the liquid gel removal was included in my service since it's a full set. I called the store before I booked because they make you put a $40 deposit down but don't say how much the total will be. I booked an appointment with Tay and upon arriving to the store no one spoke to me. I had to wander to one of the technician's tables to ask for help, and it happened to be Tay the person I walked up to. She was very rude from the jump. She asked me what I wanted and I said full set liquid gel and she said "No, what do you want on your NAILS" (very rudely) and I said "oh, french tips." She began to work on my nails and she had a huge attitude. For example, some customers walked in after me without an appointment asking if they took walk-ins. She rudely turned them away (which is fine to turn them away because they needed an appointment) but didn't tell them how to make an appointment or anything, and she rolled her eyes and made remarks under her breath as they walked out. A couple minutes into my set I realized she was giving me a fill-in, not a new set. I specifically requested and booked a full set because I had these nails on for months and they were breaking, so I needed new nails. I gave it a few minutes but when she continued to proceed with a fill in I stopped her and said "Hey remember I want a new set." She then said she didn't have time for a new set so I had to get a fill-in. At this point I'm taken aback because I booked a new set. She says I booked a full set OR a fill-in therefore she could just do a fill-in, and that I should have booked a removal and she would remove my previous nails. I told her there was no liquid gel removal option on the site and she said there was. I asked if she could show me and she realized there wasn't an option. Instead of just admitting their wasn't an option, she tried to convince me that I should've chose acrylic removal, Gel X removal or as a last resort put it in the additional notes section. She told me my only option was to get a fill-in because she didn't have time, despite the appointment being booked for 2.5 hours. I asked if I can get my $40 deposit back because I truly didn't want a fill-in, and she said no. She called her boss (the owner I'm assuming) and came back 5 minutes later saying I can either get the fill-in or a refund, and I opted for a refund. I was so upset by this experience and I wanted to tell the owner first hand how awful Tay was so I called her to let her know. She wasn't very apologetic. She said she'll do an "investigation" and look at the cameras, which I don't see what the cameras will or won't show. I was very disappointed by her lack of response and it's been almost two weeks and I've heard nothing from her. I would've thought she was going to ask me to come back but nope."

"Pricila did my nails, so happy with how they came out. I will never go to anyone else again. She was very gentle and followed the picture I showed her to a T. They couldn’t have came out better. I am so happy with them. The shape, the design, the length, all perfect. Really the best nails I have ever gotten and I have been getting my nails done for over 18 years.
