"I think my lashes were very well done. However, the technician/owner was close to 20 minutes late (another client was still being done) - I arrived on time, with a few minutes to spare. No acknowledgement on arrival. She never offered an apology, even after I told her the late start will make me late back to work. Not impressed with the lack of professionalism. ALL, all clients' time should be respected."
